Comments

The arrow keys control the rotation of the scene, though it is meant to
be viewed from its original angle as an animated scene.  The scene changes
from night to day.  The clock arms rotate to display the current time.
Daytime is from 6 am until 7 pm.  During daytime, the street lights are off
and the sun is bright.  Night time is from 9 pm until 4 am.  The sun is off,
though there is some ambient lighting.  The street lights are on and emitting
light.  From 4 am to 6 am is sunrise, and the lighting gradually changes from
night to day.  Between 7 pm and 9 pm is sunset, and the lighting will animate
from day to night.

Controls:
'w' changes between wireframe and solid objects
'T' to speed up time
't' to slow down time
