Final Project - CSE 167 - Student: Yoon Park

My project shows a room in a museum of traditional Korean art. All of the exhibits on the three walls are actual drawings and calligraphy of different traditional korean art. The drawing on the center of the room is drawn by an anonymous person, and shows the landscape of the Korea in Chosun dynasty. The one on the left is a calligraphy art of a famous Korean named Kim Chong-hui. The buddhist drawing on the right is "Sermon of Amitabha", from Choson Dynasty in 15th-16th century.

  • I aimed to have a clear and nice view of a room in a museum that presents traditional korean art. I met these aims by using multiple texture mapping on different drawings and the three walls surrounding the walls, in addition to the frames surrounding the drawings. I also used GL_QUAD_STRIPSand drawGluCylinder  for a table in the middle of the room, and also I used blending for a teapot in the middle of the room for a little twist, in addition to different colors of lighting that reflects on the table and the teapot.
