Press "R" or "r" to increase or decrease rate of movement(respectively). Press "1" or "2" or "3" or "4" or "5" or "6" to toggle the lights on or off. Press "s" to toggle between flat and smooth shading mode. Press "f" or "F" to move the viewer closer to the room. Press "b" or "B" to move the viewer further from the room. Press "h" to toggle between 2 modes: (a) positional lights and local viewer (b) directional lights and non-local viewer. Press arrow keys to control view position: "left and right keys" rotate the viewpoint left and right "up and down keys" rotate viewpoint up and down (up to 80 degrees). How the project is done: This final project is about a picture gallery, which is designed based on the outer space environment. The gallery contains some pictures that are hung on all sides of the wall, some artistic lightings that are placed on the 2 corners of the room, and also some comfortable seating area that are placed in the middle of the room. The seatings are designed so the person can sit, relax and enjoy the picture and the outer space environment. This project uses some lightings, texture mappings, and also some rotational movements. The lights are designed in artistic way. There are 2 light poles and 6 light bulbs used. The poles are created by using glutSolidCone. The light bulbs are created by using the glutSolidTorus. Each of these light bulbs can be turned on or off by pressing 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, or 6. The texture maps are used for the texture of the walls, ceiling, floor, and also for the pictures on the wall. The rotational movements is designed so the room can be rotated to the left, right, up and down, in order to see all sides of the room. It is also designed so the position of the viewer closer of further to the room.
